Facial Redness

Rosacea and couperose are harmless but annoying long-term skin conditions. They usually affect the face and can result in obvious blood vessels, redness, swelling, and small pimples. Those with a tendency to blush or flush can be more susceptible to these conditions. Heat, exercise, sunlight, alcohol, hormones, and extreme temperatures are just some of the factors that can make it worse. The appearance of rosacea or couperose can be successfully cleared by using Harmony’s range of professional skin laser technology. Blood vessels are heated, causing them to break down and significantly reduce - long-term. Typically you will require 1-3 treatments.

(Hyper)pigmentation

Pigmentation refers to the coloring of your skin. Skin pigmentation disorders cause changes to the color of your skin. Melanin is made by cells in the skin and is the pigment responsible for your skin's color. Uneven skin tone and superficial pigmentation can be dramatically improved using the Harmony professional skin treatment lasers. This treatment significantly improves overall skin tone, elasticity, and texture; increasing moisture content and reducing superficial pigmentation and pore size. Typically you will require 1-3 treatments.

Hyperpigmentation is one of the most common pigmentation problems in darker skin. Often caused by inflammation or damage to the skin such as acne, sun damage, or burn, hyperpigmentation leaves darkened areas of the skin that can last months or years. Typically you will require 4-6 treatments.

Tattoo Removal

Successful multi-color tattoo removal requires a high powered laser that can deliver enough energy within the absorption spectrum of a wide range of colors. Our Harmony professional laser is ideal for treating darker ink colors (black, blue and green), as well as brighter ink colors (red, orange and yellow). The laser effect works by vibrating and breaking down the ink particles in the tattoo. Typically you will require 8-12 treatments.

Vascular Lesions

Greater precision for clear-cut results

Vascular lesions are blood vessels that are visible through the skin. They are often referred to as spider veins, port wine stains, and birth marks. They can occur on almost any part of the body, but are especially common on the face or legs. The harmless lesions look blood-colored, and often have a red or purple tint. Harmony’s skin laser treatments are the method of choice for the removal of the appearance of vascular lesions. Typically you will require 1-3 treatments.

Keratosis

Keratosis is a growth of keratin on the skin which usually forms into a raised collection of cells forming a bump on the skin. There are multiple forms of keratosis. A couple of common forms include Actinic keratosis (sometimes also called solar keratosis) which is a pre-cancerous area of thick, scaly skin and Keratosis pilaris (often referred to as ‘chicken skin’) which is an inflammation of the hair follicle resulting in chicken skin-like bumps, redness and sometimes external skin inflammation. Depending on the type of keratosis your skin is showing will depend on the kind of laser treatment recommended. Typically you will require 4-6 treatments.
