External & Independent Complaint Procedure

At Bem Estar, we always strive to provide the best care and experience possible. However, if you’re not satisfied, we encourage you to let us know.

You have the right to submit your concern to the independent complaints service Klachtenloket Zorg. A representative from Klachtenloket will try to resolve your issue with information, advice, or by connecting you to an independent complaints officer who can mediate between you and us.

The Disputes Committee (De Geschillencommissie)

If your complaint cannot be resolved through mediation, you can submit it to the independent Disputes Committee Zorg Algemeen. Your complaint will be considered a dispute and reviewed by an impartial and qualified panel.
Their decision is binding, which means both you and we must comply with the outcome and no appeal is possible.
