Effects of (Home) Exercise On Your Skin And How To Get Moving In A Confined Space

At a time when many of us are confined to being stuck indoors, you might think that means exercise is out of the question. But before we quickly write it off as impossible, let’s first remember the reasons why it is so incredibly fabulous for our skin. Exercise raises our heart rate and increases blood circulation, delivering much-needed oxygen and essential vitamins and nutrients to tired skin cells. Even just a few minutes of exercise per day has been proven to:

  • visibly rejuvenate skin

  • improve the skin thickness and elasticity

  • deliver more oxygen and nutrients to our skin

  • flush toxins from our skin

But many of us are unable to get outside right now, and all our gyms are closed due to Covid-19 coronavirus concerns. However, we scoured the internet and talked to our community, here is our list of the top 3 YouTubers that are helping us to exercise at home and stay fit and healthy - which results in GREAT looking skin…AND they are free!
